Information about Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

All prints are made to order. Each art print is stamped and signed by artist.  All print sales are final.  Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be undamaged, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange.  There is no charge for in person exchange.

Lost, damaged, or stolen items must be reported with 14 days of delivery.  Proof of condition must be provided.  Items will be replaced when sufficient proof of condition is provided. There will be no refund.

All original art sales are final.

Items are typically processed withing 3-7 days.  There are 2 flat rates, depending on region and free shipping when purchase order is over $100 CAD.  Discount code OVER100 must be used at check out to get free shipping. I use a combination of Canada Post and Chit Chats delivery services. The customer is responsible for providing shipping information.  Any cost to correct lost, misdelivered or returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. 

I want my art to arrived at its destination in the most safe and efficient manner so you can enjoy it.  As a business owner, I will try and do what I can to rectify issues that may arise.  Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns.
